7 Things to Share with Velocity Church!!

Happy Halloween Velocity Church!!!  Hope that you will have a safe and fun evening.  Here are a few things on my mind about Velocity Church right now!!

1)  Sunday was AWESOME!!  I had so much fun preaching on the miracle of feeding the 5,000.  I am convinced just like that little boy had to let go of his lunch in order for Jesus to do the miraculous, there are certain things in our lives that we have to LET GO OF in order for God to take us deeper in our relationship with HIM!!  Whatever it is, GIVE IT TO JESUS and let him do the MIRACLE he wants to do in your life.

3)  Our info lunch at Cancun after the service went GREAT!!  We had 11 GUESTS show up to have lunch with us.  There was a lot of interest in Velocity and lots of great questions.  Thank you for coming out if you did, and we will be doing this again soon as more people show up. 

4)  This Sunday we are going to ask the question, "WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN FRANKENSTORM HITS IN YOUR LIFE?"  Everyone has been through a storm, in a storm, or about to go through a storm.  There are some amazing truths that we can hold on to when storms hit in our lives, and we are going to discuss those on Sunday.  CAN'T WAIT!!

5)  Just to let you know somethings coming up at Velocity Church.  In the month of December we are looking at having our first Lord's Supper, Ownership Class, Baptism, and possibly a Christmas Eve Service.  Lots of GREAT things coming up, we will keep you posted!!  Please be praying for us as we try to discern what to do and follow God's leading for our church!

6)  HEY DON'T FORGET!!  You get an EXTRA HOUR SLEEP this SUNDAY!!!  So no excuses for being late to church!!  I know our set up team is PUMPED ABOUT THAT!!  Set your clocks accordingly!

7)  I love my church!!  I am so excited about the future, the potential, and what's happening right now at Velocity!!  Come join us this Sunday and if you have been coming, BRING SOMEONE WITH YOU!!  I've seen the set list of songs for Sunday, its gonna be GOOD!!
